摘　　要：根据ITU-T将NGN划分为业务层、承载层和传输层。依据NGN的网络分层结构,确立NGN与PSTN、H.323 VoIP网络以及IN网络的互通模型,分析了NGN和上述各种网络在不同层面上实现互通的要求和方法。According to the ITU-T NGN into the business layer,supporting layer and the transport layer.On the basis of network hierarchical structure of NGN,establish the model of NGN,PSTN,H.323 VoIP network and IN network,analysis of the NGN and the various network interworking requirements in different levels and methods.
