摘  要:为了解水华蓝藻对重金属镉(Cd)的富集作用,以铜绿微囊藻为实验藻种,研究了藻细胞活性及初始氮、磷浓度对藻吸附Cd的变化影响。结果表明,活藻细胞比死藻对Cd的吸附作用强,吸附平衡时活藻和死藻对Cd的吸附率分别为81.25%和66.25%,活藻对Cd的吸附量是死藻的1.23倍;水体中氮或磷浓度的增加,有利于提高活性铜绿微囊藻对Cd的吸附能力,低磷(质量浓度为0.2 mg/L)和高磷(质量浓度为4.0 mg/L)2个水平下,吸附量均随着氮浓度的增加而增加,在氮质量浓度为50 mg/L时达最大值,低氮(质量浓度为2.0 mg/L)和高氮(质量浓度为40 mg/L)2个水平下,磷质量浓度低于2 mg/L时吸附量随着磷浓度的增加而增加,在磷质量浓度为2 mg/L时达最大值,继续增加磷吸附量反而降低。由此说明水中氮、磷浓度的变化会影响铜绿微囊藻对重金属的富集,从而影响重金属在水中的迁移转化。To investigate the heavy metal enrichment capacities of the bloom-forming cyanobacteria (M. aeruginosa), effects of algae cell activity and initial concentrations of nitrogen and phosphorus on adsorption of Cd by M. aeruginosa was studied. The results showed that the adsorption of Cd by living algal cell was stronger than dead algae, and the adsorption rate of living and dead algal cell were 81.25% and 66.25%, respectively. The maximum adsorption capacity was 1.23 times than that of dead algae during adsorption equilibrium. Nitrogen or phosphorus concentrations increasing could promote the adsorption capacity of M. aeruginosa on Cd. When P concentration was at 0.2 mg/L and 4mg/L levels, the adsorption capacity increased with the N concentration, and reached a maximum value when N concentrations was 50 mg/L. While N concentration was set at 2 mg/L and 40 mg/L respectively, P concentrations was 2 mg/L, M. aeruginosa had the strongest adsorption capacity for Cd. The results indicated that change of N and P concentration in water can affect the adsorption of heavy metals by M. aeruginosa, thus affect the migration and transformation of heavy metals in water.
