摘  要:在我国臭气的生物处理工艺较为流行,目前生物设备均是密闭形式,处理后的气体最终集中高空排放,设备投资较高,运行管理不方便。介绍了一种新型的开放式生物滤床除臭设备,该设备采用钢砼结构,顶部开放,处理后的气体从设备顶部低空排出。在进口氨气质量浓度647 mg/m3的情况下,开放式生物滤床对氨气去除率达94%。该设备运行2年多来,运行稳定,并且运行维修方便,对氨气的去除效果保持在90%以上。工程实例为臭气处理提供了一种简单、投资省、运行管理更为方便的设备,值得推广。In our country, it is popular method to control odor gases by biofilter. But all biofihers, which are high invested and inconvenient, are closed and the odor gases discharge from all those closed biofilters. Here a new opened biofilter built by reinforced concrete was introduced. The removal rate of ammonia reached 94% when the inlet concentration was 647 mg/m3. The open biofiher has advantages of less investment in equipment and easy operations and maintenance. After more than two years,running, this device has high ammonia removal efficiency rate which was above 90%. It was proved that open biofilter has a vast applied future for odor control.
