德拜法测晶格常数的系统误差分析与处理

摘　　要：讨论了德拜法测晶格常数系统误差的来源和 cos2 θ外推法 ,提出了消除误差的方法 ,及在不宜使用外推法时 ,要进行修正后 ,再使用外推法 .Resources of the errors in the system of lattice constant of Debei'laws and cos 2θdeducing method are discussed,methods to get rid of errors are put forward.Revision is meeded when it is not suitable to apply deducing method.
