四川省岷江沱江流域跨界断面水质超标资金扣缴监测浅析

摘　　要：本文通过对2011～2012年间四川省岷、沱江流域实施生态补偿跨界断面水质超标资金扣缴以及水质变化情况进行简要分析,提出了为保护长江水质资源、恢复长江的生态功能而完善流域跨界断面水质监测的建议。This paper analyzed the ecological compensation in Minjiang and Tuojiang River Basins through fine-paying for the standard-exceeding of cross-section surface water quality and the water quality changes during file period of 2011 to 2012, proposed some suggestions on the protection of water resources of Yangtze River basin, the recovery of ecological function of Yangtze River and the monitoring enhancement of cross-section surface water quality in river basins.
