摘 要:根据换热器对数平均传热温差校正因子与换热器进出口温度之间的关系 ,指出了单壳程偶数管程换热器在可操作条件下的最大温度交叉程度 .在此基础上 ,根据换热器投资费用同壳程数的关系 ,提出了基于壳程数的换热网络综合的数学模型 ,并采用遗传模拟退火算法进行了求解 .According to the relationship between the logarithmic mean temperature difference correction factor and the inlet and outlet temperatures of the exchanger, the maximum temperature cross extent of the exchanger which has single shell and even tube pass at the operable condition is pointed out. The mathematical model of heat exchanger networks is presented based on the number of shells, according to the relationship of the capital cost formula of the exchanger and the number of shells. The examples calculated by genetic\|simulated annealing algorithm show the effect of the model to solve the practical engineering problems.
