摘  要:为了提高隐晶质石墨的固定碳含量,扩大隐晶质石墨的应用范围,采用湖南郴州地区的隐晶质石墨为原料,用氟化铵-盐酸法对其进行纯化处理。研究了氟化铵的用量、反应温度、液固比以及反应次数对隐晶质石墨固定碳含量的影响,确定了氟化铵-盐酸法提纯隐晶质石墨的最佳工艺条件。结果表明:在氟化铵的含量为45%,液固比为3∶1,恒温70℃反应2h,重复5次的条件下能够将隐晶质石墨的固定碳含量从83.08%提高到99.47%。研究表明氟化铵-盐酸法可以有效提高隐晶质石墨的固定碳含量。In order to improve the fixed carbon content of aphanitic graphite and expand its application scope, aphanitic graphite from Hunan Chenzhou was adopted as material and ammonium fluoride-hydrochloric acid was used to purify. Optimum processing condition of ammonium fluoride and hydrochloric acid purifying, effects of dosage of ammonium fluoride and reaction temperature and liquid-solid ratio and reaction times were investigated. The results show that the content of ammonium fluoride was 45~, liquid-solid ratio was 3 : 1, under the condition of constant temperature of 70 ℃ for 2 h, repeating five times, the fixed carbon content of aphanitic graphite can increase from 83.08G to 99.47G. The investigation indicates that the ammonium fluoride and hydrochloric method is an effective way to purify aphanitic graphite.
