摘  要:通过阳极氧化铝模板辅助溶胶-凝胶法制备了带有一维纳米阵列结构的LiFePO4薄膜。其中,柠檬酸不仅起到络合剂的作用,还为体系提供了碳源。采用XRD、TEM、SEM等测试手段对试样进行了表征,结果表明,制备的LiFePO4结晶良好。同时考察了不同条件对沉积LiFePO4纳米线的影响,确定了沉积纳米线的优化条件:真空沉积,溶胶浓度为0.25mol/L,沉积次数为3次,去模板时间为40min,冷冻干燥。The LiFePO4 films attached with nanoarrays were successfully fabricated by a sol-gel method with porous anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) as the template. The citric acid in this sol-gel process played the role of not on- ly a complexing agent but also a carbon source. The products were characterized by X-ray diffractometry (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) techniques. The results show that the as-prepared LiFePO4 crystallize well. The influence of different conditions on LiFePO4 nanowires' deposition was investigated. The optimized conditions for depositing nanowires are: sol concentration is 0. 25 mol/L, employing vacuum deposition, depositing 3 times, removing templates in 40 min and freeze-drying.
