摘 要:分别在750℃、800℃、850℃用高温碳酸盐氧化法制备了铱/氧化铱(Ir/IrO2)电极,表征了制备电极的各项性能。结果表明:制备铱/氧化铱电极的最佳灼烧温度为850℃,该温度制备的氧化铱电极电位较稳定,有较好的pH值线性响应,斜率在59左右,接近理想能斯特响应且重现性较好。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)结果显示:不同氧化温度对铱氧化膜的厚度、致密性有很大影响,灼烧温度越高氧化层越厚、越致密。X射线衍射(XRD)分析表明:Na2IrO3的生成可能是造成电极性能欠佳的主要原因。制备氧化铱电极可以应用于溶液的pH值测量,与玻璃电极相比具有一定的准确性,基本满足测量要求。Ir/IrO2 electrodes were fabricated with a method of oxidation in carbonate melt at high temperature 750 ℃, 800 ℃ and 850 ℃. Experiments were carried out to characterize their working performance. The results indicate that the best prepared temperature is 850 ℃. Ir/IrO2 electrode made at 850 ℃ shows good linear response to pH in buffer solution with a slope of 59, which is close to Nernst slope with good reproducibility. Scanning electric micro- scope (SEM) shows temperature has a significant effect on the iridium oxide film thickness and density, the higher the temperature is, the thicker and denser the iridium oxide film is. It was found that Na2 IrO3 may be the main cause that led to the failure of the electrode by X-ray diffraction. Ir/IrO2 electrode can be applied to pH measurement. It is accurate basically meeting the measurement requirements compared to glass electrode.
