广州市船舶制造业人员职业健康状况分析

摘　　要：目的了解广州市船舶制造厂从业人员的职业健康状况,为制定职业病的预防措施提供依据。方法采用横断面调查方法,对广州市9家船舶制造厂工作场所进行职业卫生学现场调查,对在岗人员进行职业健康监护。结果船舶制造厂主要危害因素有电焊烟尘、噪声、苯系物等,企业职工总人数2 500人,接触有毒有害作业人数1 931人,实检人数为1 421人;检出13例疑似尘肺,3例电光性眼炎,35例疑似职业噪声聋,185例噪声职业禁忌证,6例慢性苯中毒,4例苯作业职业禁忌证。结论船舶制造业职业危害严重,定期进行职业健康监护,对降低或控制职业病发病具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the health conditions of workers in shipbuilding industry in Guangzhou,and to provide a basis for developing preventive measures of occupational diseases.Methods Cross-sectional occupational hygienic investigations were conducted in the workplaces of 9 shipping manufactories in Guangzhou.Occupational health surveillance on all workers was carried out.Results The main occupational hazard factors were welding fumes,noise,benzene homologues,etc.Totally,there were 2,500 workers in the 9 manufactories and 1,931 workers were exposed to deleterious substances.Actually,1,421 workers were examined.13 cases of suspected pneumoconiosis,3 cases of electric ophthalmia,35 cases of suspected occupational noise deafness,185 cases of noise occupational contraindications,6 cases of chronic benzene poisoning,and 4 cases of benzene occupational contraindications were detected.Conclusions Occupational hazards in shipbuilding industry are seriously.Regularly monitoring occupational health plays a very important role in reducing or controlling the incidence of occupational diseases.
