赣南地区松材线虫病发生规律研究

摘　　要：对赣南地区松材线虫病的基本情况进行调查分析,以确定感染松材线虫病枯死松树的症状特点、病木分布和症状变化时间,寻求感染松树发病情况与树种、树龄、松墨天牛及其他虫害、立地条件之间的关系,观察越年枯死型和枝条枯死型松树的发生特点,探索松材线虫随时间在树体上发展的规律。结果表明:赣南地区松材线虫感病松树以中龄马尾松为主,7~11月为马尾松病症高发期,松树感病2~3个月后表现出症状;枝枯型、越年枯死型马尾松的树龄主要集中在15~25年生之间,比当年枯死型松树的树体略大,且枝叶浓密、病虫害稀少;马尾松越年枯死和枝枯症状还与树形及树皮厚度有关,厚皮类型和宽冠密枝类型的马尾松出现上述症状的频率大于薄皮类型和窄冠疏枝类型。At, cording to the investigation about the basic situation of pine wood nematode in Gannan, in order to determine the characteristics, distribution, changes of symptoms of dead pine infected pine wood nematode. We also researched the relationship between incidence and species, age, Monochamus alternatus and other pests, site situation about infected pine. Researched the occurrence characteristics on more years dead type and shoot dieback type, explored the development law of pine wood nemat~~le varies with time in the tree. The results showed that： the susceptible pine by nematode Bttrsaphelenchus xylophilus in south of Jiangxi province dominated by age of Masson pine, Pinu~ massonicata represented symptoms in July to November period, pine represented symptoms after infected 2-3 months. The age of most withered branches style, dead next year style Pinus ma^sonicraa was 15-25 years old, had brawnier branch, thicker foliage, less diseases and insect pests than dead in the same year style. The symptoms of withered branches, dead next year on Pinus massoniwta were associated with thickness of tree and bark, thick skin type and width crown, thick branches types of Pinus massoniana was easier to appear above symptoms than thin type and narrow crown, thinning type.
