摘  要:在Windows7操作系统上,以AutoCAD二维图形为基础,利用Solidworks软件建立胎带机支撑装置的模型并进行装配,导入3DS MAX环境中,采用3DS MAX技术实现了胎带机支承装置三维模型的贴图、渲染和动画制作,并利用Virtools虚拟技术进行人机交互,真实再现设计实体,解决了实体模型的建立、导入以及人机交互实时渲染等关键技术.研究表明,采用3DS MAX和Virtools技术开发胎带机支承装置,可方便地在操作过程中发现问题,及时地对其进行优化设计,从而缩短设计周期、降低设计成本、提高设计质量,对指导工程施工和科学技术研究提供一种先进快捷的手段,对其他机械产品的设计具有指导意义.In Windows 7 operating system, based on AutoCAD 2D graphics, Solidworks software is used to establish the model of sup-porting device of the tire belt machine and assemble it, then the model is imported to 3DS MAX environment, so the usage of 3DS MAX technology is to achieve mapping, rendering and animation of the three-dimensional model. Virtools virtual technology is used to realize human-computer interaction and true reappearance of the design entity, which solve key technology including building, impor- ting, and interactive real-time rendering of the entity model. The study shows that using 3DS MAX and Virtools technology to develop the supporting device can easily find problems in the operating process and timely optimize its design, which can shorten the design cy-cle, reduce design cost, improve the quality of design, and would guide the construction and provide an advanced means for the re- search, as well as has guiding significance to the design of other mechanical products.
