《精神卫生法》对精神病患者实施手术知情同意新要求的思考

摘　　要：本文对医疗知情同意制度发展的历史进行梳理,介绍了我国《精神卫生法》提出的新要求与意义,并结合我国长期以来医务人员对患者实施医疗告知义务中的做法,提出《精神卫生法》实施中可能面临的法律问题并加以分析。从法律宣贯、知情同意书范本修改、提升临床医师急救患者的能力等三个方面提出了《精神卫生法》实施后医疗告知工作中需要注意的事项。The artick sorted out the history of medical informed consent system, and introduced new requirements and significance of the Mental Health Act, proposed and anelysed the possible probreus during the implementation of the Mental Health Act considering the practice in the medical obligation to inform patient inoplemontation. We enlightened some details in informed consent after the implemantation of the Mental Health Act in three aspects：legal pnblicizing revise of informed consent form and improving clinicians＇ first aid abilify.
