变应性鼻支气管炎患者PAF-AH基因型与血浆PAF-AH活性的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨血小板活化因子—乙酰水解酶(PAF-AH)基因型与变应性鼻支气管炎(ARB)患者血浆PAF-AH活性的相关性。方法根据PAF-AH基因型的不同,将ARB患者及健康对照者分别分为GG型、GT型和TT型,对其3种基因型的血浆PAF-AH活性进行统计分析。结果在ARB患者及健康对照组中,不同基因型血浆PAF-AH活性差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。GG型血浆PAF-AH活性显著高于GT型及TT型,GT型血浆PAF-AH活性显著高于TT型,两两之间差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 ARB患者PAF-AH不同基因型对血浆PAF-AH活性可能有明显影响。Objective To investigate the relationship between the plasmatic PAF-AH genotypes and the activity of PAF-AH in allergic rhinobronchitis. Methods According to the plasmatic PAF-AH genotypes, the patients with allergic rhinobronchitis and healthy controls were divided into three groups （GG group, GT group, T＇F group）. The activity of plas- matic PAF-AH was measured in the patients with allergic rhinobronchitis and healthy controls with different genotypes. Re- suits Significant statistical difference of plasmatic PAF-AH activity exited among the three different genotype groups both in patients and control groups （ all P 〈 O. 05 ）. The activity of plasmatic PAF-AH in genotype GG group was higher than that in genotype GT and TT, still genotype GT higher than TT There were statistical differences between any two groups（ all P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The genotypes of the plasmatic PAF-AH may influence PAF-AH activity.
