高效毛细管电泳法快速检测祛痘类中药制剂中盐酸克林霉素

摘　　要：目的:建立一种简单、快速、准确的检验方法筛查出祛痘类中药制剂中是否非法添加盐酸克林霉素。方法:采用高效毛细管电泳法,以50 mmol/L磷酸二氢钾-甲醇(95∶5)溶液为电泳介质;未涂层熔融石英毛细管(55 cm×75μm,有效长度50 cm);进样压力8 kPa,10 s;分离电压28 kV;检测波长210 nm。结果:克林霉素的线性方程为Y=52106.88X+143.569,r=0.9998,克林霉素浓度在0.003～0.116 mg/mL范围与峰面积线性关系良好。市售某祛痘类中药护肤品及化妆品中检出盐酸克林霉素平均含量分别为0.065%和0.014%。结论:建立的检测方法简单、快速、准确,能应用于这一类药物的快速检测。Objective： To establish a simple,fast and accurate method to distinguish the clindamycin hydrochloride in anti-acne traditional chinese medicine preparation.Methods： High performance capillary electrophoresis method was used.The electrophoresis medium was 50 mmol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate-methanol（95∶5） solution.Uncoated fused silica capillary（55 cm×75 μm,effective length 50 cm） was chosen.Injection pressure was 8 kPa,10 s.Separation voltage was 28 kV.Detection wavelength was set at 210 nm.Results： Clindamycin linear equation was Y=52106.88X＋143.569,r=0.9998.There was a good linear relationship between peak area and clindamycin concentration in the range of 0.003~0.116 mg/mL.The average concentrations of an anti-acne herbal skin care product and a cosmetic formulation were 0.065% and 0.014%,respectively.Conclusions： The method is simple,rapid and accurate,which can be used to analyze these formulations.
