摘　　要：对合同文本手工录入方式存在的问题进行了分析,提出在C#环境下利用COM组件读/写MS Office Word和Ex cel文件的技术,自动地生成Word格式合同文件的方法,并且根据该方法实现了自动生成合同文件的软件系统。通过在陕西省电力物资公司的实际应用,验证了该方法的可行性和高效性。The problems caused by the contract document manual input mode is analyzed. A method to automatically gene- rate contract document by using COM components to read/write MS Office Excel and Word files in C# environment is proposed in this paper. A software system to automatically generate contract documents was realized according to this method. This system has been used in Shaanxi Electrical Material Service Company. The experimental results shows that it is feasible and effective.
