摘　　要：高校思想政治理论课肩负着国家文化软实力建设不可替代的责任与使命。在文化软实力语境下,认清高校思想政治理论课与文化软实力建设的关系,创新高校思想政治理论课的教学理念和模式,加强对大学生社会主义核心价值体系教育、优秀传统文化教育,实现对大学生思想政治教育的生活化,对大学生文化素养的提高以及我国文化软实力的提升,必将发挥长远的积极作用。Enhancing the cultural soft power is the central task of the current cultural power construction, ideological and political theory courses as the main channels for the construction of cultural soft power and the main position, shouldering the irreplaceable historical mission. In the context of cultural power, college ideological and political theory course and the construction of cultural soft power relationship. The innovation of the ideological and political theory course teaching, to improve the cultural quality of college students, has the important practical significance to enhance the cultural soft power.
