摘　　要：以农村低碳经济理论为指导,探究农村低碳经济一般模式与具体模式,分析保定市发展农村低碳经济的现状与存在的问题,采用SWOT模型对保定市发展农村低碳经济的优势、劣势、机遇与威胁进行研究,并从保定市自然地理环境出发,从山地地区、平原地区和湿地地区三个层面,对保定农村低碳经济模式进行整体设计。This paper takes rural low-carbon economy theory as a guide, researching the general pattern and specific mode of rural low-carbon economy; and then the paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of rural low carbon economy development of Baoding, having been studied the advantage, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the development of rural areas low-carbon economy in Baoding based on SWOT model. Finally, on the basis of above research, starting from the natural geographical environment of Baoding and three levels of mountain areas, plain areas and wetland areas, we design low-carbon economy in Baoding overall.
