摘　　要：目的总结肺结节病影像学特征,提高影像学对结节病的诊断水平。方法复习2002年11月至2005年12月搜集的9例肺结节病患者的病理和影像学资料。结果 9例中胸片示2例一侧肺门淋巴结肿大,6例肺纹理增多。5例CT表现为纵隔肺门淋巴结对称性肿大,肺内弥漫性结节影2例,粟粒结节灶1例。5例核医学显示肺门淋巴结肿大伴放射性代谢增高,9例显示为"熊猫脸"征伴"λ"征。3例PET-CT影像特征为淋巴结PDG代谢异常增高。9例均经支气管镜或胸腔镜和纵隔镜取病理证实。结论影像核医学和PET-CT检查手段是诊断肺结节病的可靠方法,结合病理检查诊断率高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To Summarize the imaging features of pulmonary sarcoidosis, and ways of improving the level of imaging diagnosis of sarcoidosis. Methods Review collected from January 2003 to December 2005, nine cases of pulmonary sarcoidosis pathological and radiological data. Results 9 cases in side of chest X-ray showed 2 cases of hilar lymph nodes, the markings increased 6 cases. 5 cases CT showed hilar and mediastinal lymph node symmetric swelling, diffuse intrapulmonary nodules in 2 cases, 1 cases of miliary nodules. 5 cases of nuclear medicine hilar lymphadenopathy associated with increased radioactive metabolic 9 cases display sign with ＂λ＂ levy ＂Panda Face. The 3 cases PET-CT imaging features for lymph node PDG metabolic abnormal increase. 9cases were confirmed by bronchoscopy or thoracoscopy and mediastinoscopy take pathologically confirmed. Conclusion Imaging Nuclear Medicine and PET-CT examination means a reliable method for the diagnosis of pulmonary sarcoidosis, pathological diagnosis rate, worthy of clinical application.
