摘　　要：结合计算机网络技术专业建设与改革实践工作实际,提出"基于岗证结合、理实一体计算机网络技术专业人才培养模式".该模式瞄准行业的岗位目标,从人才培养定位、课程体系构建、教学环节重构、教学模式改革等方面进行了有益的探索.Combined with the construction practice and reform of computer network technology professional, proposed based on the combination of ＂post, training mode of integration of theory and practice of computer network technology specialty＂. The model aimed at the industry goal posts, are explored from the aspects of the orientation of talent cultivation, the construction of curriculum system, teaching, teaching model reform and reconstruction.
