摘　　要：1∶50 000土地利用现状图是土地利用研究的基础数据之一,编制土地利用现状图对制定河南省的社会和经济中长期发展规划、土地利用总体规划和城乡规划,全面加强土地管理,促进全省经济发展起着非常重要的作用。本文结合河南省省级数据库及管理系统建设中的县级1∶50 000土地利用现状要素数据缩编工程,探讨总结了数据缩编的工作流程及作业中使用的新方法。1： 50 000 actuality map of land use is one basic data of land use investigation. Actuality map of land use compilation has important practical value for Henan province to draw up the developing plans of society and economy, and for the overall plan for land use, city and country planning. It is also very important to strengthen the administration of land and drive the development in the econ- omy of Henan. This paper describes the downsizing project, which is one of the most important tasks in the database and management system of Henan province, and presents the current situation map of land utilization for 1 ： 50000 scale. It also discusses the workflow and summarizes the new methods of operation.
