摘 要:对一种工业FCC催化剂进行处理后,制得载钒量在w v= 0.001~0.01 之间的一组样品,并在750°C和100% 水蒸汽条件下逐个流化4h,然后进行FTIR酸性表征和XRD分析。实验结果表明B酸和L酸均随载钒量的增加而减少,在酸性位数目减少的过程中,酸的强弱比例基本不变;XRD结果表明,随着载钒量的增加,样品的衍射峰强度几乎呈线性下降。在w v= 0.005 的载钒量条件下进行不同捕钒剂量的研究,发现捕钒剂加到w MgO= 0.11 时,催化剂的酸量可大幅回升,但酸性有些变化。A commercial FCC catalyst was impregnated with vanadium oxalate solution to prepare a series of samples bearing different weights of vanadium, and then each sample was steamed under 750°C for 4h in fluidized bed. After characterizing the samples by pyridine FTIR and XRD, we find the acid site number decreases with the increasing of vanadium weight on catalyst, but the ratio of strong or weak acid content to the total acid content of catalyst doesn't change; the intensity of XRD was found to be inversely proportional to the vanadium concentration. When the weight of MgO added to catalyst reaches w MgO = 0.11, the acid content of catalyst resumes very well, but the L acid becomes weak.
