摘 要:对正十八烷中分别添加纳米Cu粒子、纳米Al粒子及纳米Fe2O3粒子的复合相变材料的传热性能进行了实验研究。采用热针法分别对正十八烷及其与纳米金属粒子的复合相变材料的固态体系、液态体系的导热系数进行了实验研究,结果表明:在正十八烷中添加纳米金属粒子后,纳米金属粒子/正十八烷复合相变材料固、液态体系的导热系数随着纳米金属粒子质量分数的增加而显著提高,且纳米Al粒子/正十八烷复合相变材料导热系数的提高较其他两者更为明显。采用DSC对正十八烷及添加了不同质量分数的纳米金属粒子/正十八烷复合相变材料的相变潜热及相变温度进行了实验研究,结果表明:纳米金属粒子/正十八烷复合相变材料的相变潜热比纯正十八烷材料略低,且随纳米金属粒子质量分数的增大逐渐减小,但其相变温度变化不大。The heat transfer performance of the PCMs was tested. The PCMs were separately made by mixing octadecane with copper nano-particles, aluminum nano-particles and iron oxide nano-particles. Experiments were carried out to research on the thermal conductivity of liquid-solid system using thermal stitch, both to octadecane and its composite phase change materials with metal nano-particles. The results showed that the thermal conductivity of liquid-solid system was significantly increased with nano-particle mass fraction and the thermal conductivity of octadecane/Al-nanoparticles composite phase was more pronounced than the others. The change latent heat and transition temperature of octadecane and PCMs, which were made adding different mass fraction of nano-particles to octadecane, were tested bY DSC. The results showed that the phase change latent heat of PCMs was slightly lower than pure octadeeane materials and was decreased with the increasing of mass fraction of metal nano-particles. But the changes of phase transition temperature were minor.
