某低品位碳酸锰矿选矿与利用途径研究

摘　　要：经过对某低品位碳酸锰原矿筛析、物相分析和X-衍射分析,实施了多方案选矿试验,仅取得该矿区低品位碳酸锰矿为难选锰矿的结论。为解决该类型锰矿的利用途径,又实施了直接硫酸浸出试验,取得了该矿区低品位碳酸锰矿的浸出率、耗酸量试验数据,为电解锰行业使用该类锰矿,研究和拟定了试验测试方法。研究成果推进了对该类低品位碳酸锰矿利用,可供同行业参考。Through the analysis of low-grade manganese carbonate raw screen analysis, phase analysis and X-diffrac- tion analysis, the implementation of the beneficiation tests of many plans, it made the conclusion that the mine low- grade manganese carbonate ore was difficult dressing ore. To solve this type of manganese ore, the implementation of the direct sulfuric acid leaching test obtained the mining low-grade manganese carbonate ore leaching rate, acid con- sumption test data, which was used for this kind of manganese to study and formulate test methods for electrolytic manganese industry. The research advanced the low-grade manganese carbonate ore using, and provided the reference for the same industry.
