摘　　要：目的:针对目前主流痔疮套扎器在实际应用中的缺陷,研制一种新型的一次性痔疮套扎器,使痔疮微创手术简单易行。方法:套扎器主要部件推杆、套筒、活塞,吸引导管等均采用ABS材料注塑成型,使用时通过手动推吸,利用虹吸作用实现痔疮套扎。结果:新型套扎器既可进行单个部位套扎,又可实现连续套扎,性价比高,与目前主流的痔疮套扎器相比,更适应国内的实际情况。结论:利用该套扎装置治疗痔疮手术时间短,创伤小,术后并发症少,且成本低,易于推广。Objective： To develop a new type of disposable hemorrhoids ligation, which make hemorrhoids minimally invasive surgery simple. Methods： By manually pushing suck, use Siphon effect to achieve ligation. Results： This new type of ligation device with highly cost effective can operate a single ligation and continuous ligation. Conclusion： This new type of device can treat hemorrhoids surgery in a short time, with less trauma, less post-operative complications, low cost and easy to spread.
