钢管柱加固人防主体结构受力性能试验研究

摘  要:后加柱技术是提高人防工程主体结构抗力等级的一种实用方法,钢管柱亦是一种易加工、易安装的后加柱形式。文章通过对一榀单层单跨钢筋混凝土框架结构试件进行静载试验,研究分析了该试件在钢管柱加固前后的受力分布。结果表明:增加支承柱后,梁的支座负弯矩和跨中正弯矩明显减小,后加支承柱施加预反力将使支座负弯矩和跨中正弯矩更加减小,预反力越大内力变化幅度越大;后加柱钢管直径越大,内力变化越大;后加柱施加预反力后,试验值与理论值的差别减小,故在理论分析时应该考虑后加柱的轴向变形;给出了后加钢管柱法进行人防工程主体结构加固设计时的内力调整系数。Post-reinforced column technology is a practical way to improve the resistance level of the main structure of civil air defense projects, and steel pipe column is also a kind of easy processing and easy installation post column form. In this paper, the stress distribution of a frame structure specimen reinforced by post-added steel pipe column is studied and analyzed by the static load experiment. The results show: minus moment and plus moment of the beam reduce after increasing the support columns, the post-added steel pipe column applied pre-reaction force makes the minus moment and plus moment decreases more, and the greater the magnitude of the pre-reaction force, the greater the internal forces of change; the larger the diameter of the column, the greater the internal forces of change; the difference between experimental and theoretical values decreases after the column is applied to the pre-reaction force, so the axial deformation of the column in theoretical analysis should be considered; the internal force adjustment coefficient is given of main structure of the civil air defense project reinforced by post-added steel pipe column.
