摘　　要：环评机构内部质量管理应从确定质量方针与目标,建立健全组织机构和明确责任,制定内部质量管理流程,签字授权和委托签字,环评工作质量控制,人员、设备和办公设备的配备,档案管理,编制质量管理手册八方面来建立。The internal quality management system of EIA institutions should be established in eight aspects： the quality policy and objectives, the establishment of a sound organizational structure and clearly defined responsibilities, internal quality management process, the signature authorization and entrusted signature, EIA work quality control, personnel, equipment and office equipment, file management, preparation of the quality management manHal.
