摘 要:针对水电站压力钢管的抗外压稳定问题,提出了半解析有限元法。该方法具有计算量小、计算精度高、收敛速度快等优点。采用半解析有限元法对九甸峡水电站埋藏式压力钢管进行了外压稳定性计算,并将计算结果与米赛斯法、文敦白法和赖-范法的计算结果进行了比较分析。研究表明,半解析有限元法考虑加劲环嵌固作用比考虑加劲环简支作用的计算结果大,而与米赛斯法、文敦白法结果相近。在实际施工中,应采取有效施工工艺,使加劲环对钢管的约束更接近于嵌固作用,从而提高压力钢管抗外压稳定性。We propose a semi - analytical finite element method for stability analysis of buried penstock, which has advantages of small calculation quantity, high precision and fast convergence rate etc. The proposed method is adopted in stability analysis for buried penstock of Jiudianxia Hydropower Station, and the calculated results are compared with results calculated by Mises Method, Windenburg Method and Lai - Fan Method. The research shows that, when the semi - analytical finite element method is applied, the calculated values with considering embedded effect of stiffener ring is larger than the results with considering simply supported effect of stiffener ring, and the embedded effect results are close to the values obtained by Mises Method and Wind- enburg Method. It is suggested that in practical construction, effective technical measures should be adopted to make the constraint function of stiffener rings more close to the embedded effect, so as to improve the anti - instability performance of the penstock.
