摘  要:介绍了乙烯基树脂整体电解槽在金川集团镍精炼厂电解车间的运行情况,从充槽条件、尺寸稳定性、耐腐蚀性能及槽间电压等方面论述了该电解槽的特性,并以全寿命分析法对比分析了乙烯基树脂整体电解槽和现用的钢筋混凝土加玻璃钢内衬电解槽的经济性。The operation conditions of vinyl ester resins integral electrolytic cell in the eletrolysis workshop of nick- el refinery in Jinchuan Group were introduced. The characteristics of electrolytic cell were discussed from filling cell conditions, dimensions stability, corrosion resistance features, voltages between the cells and so on. And the economies of vinyl ester resins integral electrolytic cell and existing reinforced concrete electrolytic cell with fiber reinforced plastic lining were analyzed and compared with whole lifespan analysis methods.
