摘  要:以醋酸锌和硫化钠为原料,在撞击流-旋转填料床中采用反应沉淀法合成了纳米硫化锌.考察了撞击初速、超重力因子和后处理方法等因素对纳米硫化锌产品的影响,采用了SME,TEM,XRD和激光粒度测定等方法表征样品形貌和结构.研究结果表明,最佳合成条件为超重力因子β大于150,撞击初速u不低于25m/s,硫化锌直径为5~20nm,长为100~200nm,采用乙醇洗涤和真空干燥有助于防止纳米硫化锌硬团聚.The zinc sulphide nano-particles was synthesized by reactive precipitation method using zinc acetate and sodium sulfide as raw materials in Impinging Steam-Rotating Packed Bed(IS-RPB). Effects of the operating conditions of initial impact velocity, high-gravity number and post-treatment conditions on the average particle size were also studied systematically. The obtained sample was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and laser particle size measurement. The research results show that the optimal synthesis conditions for the high gravity factor fl is greater than 150, the impact muzzle velocity u of is not less than 25 m/s, zinc sulfide crystal lines is 5 nm to 20 nm in diameter and a length of 100 nm to 200 nm, washed with ethanol and dried under vacuum to prevent hard agglomerates of ZnS.
