论“红色社团”与高校“青马工程”建设

摘　　要：高校"红色社团"作为群众性的马克思主义理论学习型组织,在培养青年马克思主义者方面具有独特的优势,与"青马工程"存在高度的契合性,是推进高校"青马工程"的有效载体。以"红色社团"为依托,应该通过推选合适对象,提供日常培养平台,强化跟踪培养,夯实群众基础,营造文化氛围等策略配合和推动高校"青马工程"的实施。与此同时,要从提高认识、精配良师、完善机制、加强交流等方面加强"红色社团"建设,切实保障高校"青马工程"的深入推进。＂ Red Association＂ as organization for Marxist theoretical learning is particularly advantageous in developing young Marxists. Highly relevant to the ＂Qingma Project＂ （Project of Young Marxists） , they should be deployed as effective vehicle of the Project. It is imperative to take the associations as a basis by which we select appropriate candidates and give daily training. With solid people foundation and proper cultural surroundings, it will be helpful for promoting the Project. At mean time, it is necessary to enhance the associations with more attention, better teachers, adequate mechanisms and more effective communications, so that the Project will be more efficiently carried out.
