摘　　要：手机塑胶件表面喷涂施工中,由于UV涂料、底漆、塑胶件、施工工艺等各种原因,容易产生各种孔状缺陷。本文针对日常生产中常见的缺陷形式,将其分为缩孔、气孔和针孔三种,并结合生产经验分析缺陷发生原因,提出改善的参考方案。The surface of the mobile phone plastic spraying, UV paint, primer, plastic parts, due to various reasons such as construction process, easy to produce all kinds of hole shape defect. According to the daily production of common defects in the form, which can be divided into shrinkage, and pinholes in three, and combined with production experience analysis defect occurrence reason, proposed the improvement scheme for reference.
