摘　　要：通过对某反渗透RO系统保安过滤器滤芯和RO膜污染物进行了分析,判断是由于膜用阻垢剂的选型不当造成RO膜出现堵塞。使用专用膜用清洗剂的进行清洗,可以恢复RO膜的产水能力。运行压力、产水量和脱盐率分别由清洗前的1.58 MPa、97.1 m3/h和95.58%恢复到1.25 MPa、140 m3/h和97.53%。Through analyze the cartridge filter element of reverse osmosis system and the contaminant of RO membrane, we confirm that membrane clogging is the result of improper selection of membrane scale inhibitor. If clean with the special membrane cleaning agent, it cloud recover the RO membrane water production capacity. Operation pressure, water production amount and desalination rate has been recovered from 1.58 MPa, 97.1 m3/h and 95.58 % of before cleaning to 1.25 MPa, 140 m3/h and 7.53 %.
