摘　　要：基于J2EE层次化设计思想,采用MVC方式和SQL Server2000数据库,实现了系统的功能需求和非功能需求。以科研计划管理子模块为例,详细分析了模块的业务流程和应用效果,对系统的数据库进行了设计,从权限设置和网络安全两方面对系统进行了详细的安全设计。Based on the J2EE hierarchical design thought, using the MVC mode and SQL Server2000 database, the system functional requirements and non-functional requirements were realized. Taking the scientific research project management module as an example, analyze the business processes and application effects of modules, design the system＇s database, and design permissions and network security design for the security of the system in detail.
