摘 要:建立了快速测定生发育发产品中丙酸氯倍他索的超高效液相色谱方法。采用乙腈-饱和氯化钠溶液对样品进行提取,高速冷冻离心,过滤,以BEH C18(2.1×50 mm,1.7μm)为分离色谱柱,乙腈和水为流动相,梯度洗脱,用高效液相色谱/二极阵列管检测器(λ=240 nm)进行定性、定量分析。对不同的色谱分离、提取和净化方法作了系统的研究,在优化实验条件下,丙酸氯倍他索与基体杂质分离效果良好,在0.1~20.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数R2为0.999,方法的回收率为90.4%~95.8%,相对标准偏差为5.3%~10.2%,方法定量下限为1.0 mg/kg。该方法前处理操作简单、快速、适用范围广,可用于各类生发育发产品中丙酸氯倍他索含量的检测。A ultra performance liquid chromatography method was developed for the determination of clobetasol propionate in hair thickening products. Samples were extracted by acetonitrile and saturated sodium chloride solution. The target compound was separated on a BEH C1^(2.1 -50 mm. 1.7 μm) in gradient elution mode using acetonitrile and water, and detected by high performance liquid chromatography with Diode array detector (R2=240 nm). In addition, chromatographic separation, extraction and purification procedures were comprehensively optimized. With this method, the linear plots were obtained between 0,1 and 20.0 mg/L with good correlation coefficients(R2=0.999). The spiked recoveries of hair thickening products were in the range of 90.4 %95.8 % with relative standard deviations less than 10.2 %, and the limit of quantification was 1,0 mg/kg. This method has been proved to be simple, rapid and widely applicable, and can be used to quantitatively analyze clobetasol propionate in hair thickening products.
