摘  要:以液化三聚氰胺、聚磷酸铵、有机蒙脱土为阻燃增强剂制备了聚氨酯硬泡塑料,研究了阻燃剂用量及复配方式对聚氨酯硬泡塑料力学性能和阻燃性能的影响,结果表明,当聚磷酸铵/有机蒙脱土以质量比1∶2复配,添加量为25份时,其力学性能和阻燃效果最佳,泡沫密度为0.06 g.cm-3,压缩强度为1.26 MPa,拉伸强度为1.28 MPa,泡沫氧指数为31.5%,烟密度(SDR)为71,垂直燃烧时间为4.9 s,其燃烧性能达UL94 V-0级要求。The paper put forward the preparation of rigid polyurethane foam plastic with flame retardant liquefied melamine, ammonium polyphosphate and fortifier Organic montmorillonite, studied how the amount of flame retardant and its compound exerts the influence on the mechanical properties and flame retardant properties of rigid polyurethane foam plastic. The results showed that when the mass ratio of ammonium polyphosphate and Organic montmorillonite reached 1:2, the amount/addition was 25, the mechanical properties and flame-retardant effect of the foam can reach their highest level, then the foam density was 0.06 g/cm^(-3), the compressive strength was 1.26 MPa, the tensile strength was 1.28 MPa, the bubble oxygen index was 31.5 %, the smoke density (SDR) was 7 l, the vertical burning time was 4.9 s. The combustion performance met the requirements ofUL94 V-0.
