摘 要:利用固相萃取/气相色谱质谱联用技术(SPE/GC-MS),建立了水中33种半挥发性有机物(SVOCs)的高灵敏度检测方法。方法对5-300ng/LSVOCs的线性关系良好(r^2〉0.99),且定量限(S/N=10)均小于1ng/L。在10、50、200ng/L的加标水平下,目标化合物的加标回收率为60.2~116.6%,相对标准偏差为1.69%-15.92%(n≥5)。这说明该方法对水源水中痕量的SVOCs富集效果较好,检测灵敏度高。运用该方法对杭州市不同水源水进行定量分析,发现有16种SVOCs至少在一个水源中多次被检出,其中多环芳烃,钛酸酯,多氯联苯均为“优先控制污染物”。A method for the determination of 33 semi volatile organic compounds (SVOCs) in water by combining solid phase extraction (SPE) and gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC/MS) was established. All of the SVOCs had good linear relationships (r 2〉0.99) in the concentration range of 1-300 ng/I, with detection limits (s/n=10) was less than 1 ng/1. At the three concentration levels of 20, 50 and 200 ng/l, the average SVOCS recoveries were between 60.2 % and 116.6 %, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) verified from 1.69 % to 15.92 % (n≥5). Due to its sensitivity and efficiency, this method is therefore used for quantitative analysis of SVOCs in real water source, and the results shows that 16 SVOCs were detected, including the priority control pollutants such as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH), phthalates, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs).
