摘　　要：介绍了一种新型甜玉米脱粒机的研制 .该机利用双驱动滚轮实现对物料的夹持、输送、定位功能 .切削刀具变径机构设计新颖 ,在对切削控制进行了深入分析的基础上 ,制定的控制方法及设计方案可行 .该机经试验测定 ,性能良好 。The paper introduces the manufacture of a new type of corn thresher.This machine uses two rolling driving wheels to carry out gripping and clamping,transforming and locating of the corns and materials.Diameter changing component of the cutting tools is new and origional.Based on the profound analysis of the cutting control,the drafted control method and designing programme are feasible.The machine has passed the test and determination and has been proved to be in good function.It has also passed the determination organized by the provincial sience committe.
