摘　　要：以9,10-菲醌为起始原料,经卤代、Sonigashira偶联等反应,将三甲基硅乙炔基引入到菲的2-位和7-位,合成出新型菲醌衍生物5,其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR,MS,及元素分析表征.A new phenanthrenequinone derivative （5） was successfully synthesized by halogenation , Sonigashira coupling reaction to introduce （ trimethylsilyl ） ethynyl at 2, 7 positions of phenanthrene from 9, 10 -phenanthrenequinone.The structure was characterized by 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR, MS and elemental analysis.
