摘  要:从聚合物界面张力和熔体粘度比出发对聚合物三元共混体系的形态结构进行了考察 ,结果表明 :三元共混物的形态结构不仅受聚合物界面张力的影响 ,同时聚合物的熔体粘度比对其形态结构也有很大影响 ,分散相粘度较小时 ,共混物易于形成分散型形态结构。The morphologies of ternary polymer blends were studied in this paper. The results showed that the morphologies were not only affected by their interfacial tensions but also affected by the viscosity ratios between the disperse phase and continuous phase. If the viscosity of continuous phase polymer is much lower than that of the two disperse phase polymer, the two disperse phase polymer tends to form isolated particles structure instead of a stuck hybrid particles struture which is expected by their interfacial tensions.
