摘　　要：企业管理层对实施企业资源计划(ERP)的态度和目的是能否成功实施ERP的关键,但是企业是否真的了解ERP,企业执行力、资金情况及ERP系统供应商的选择,也是企业实施ERP能否成功的重要环节。根据作者在装备制造业从最初的自主开发管理程序到目前ERP实施的多年经历,探讨机械制造业如何成功实施ERP的方法。The success of implementing ERP within an enterprise depends on the right management direction. However, decent un- derstanding of ERP system, wise choice of ERP provider and the executive ability of the organization are the key link in the ERP implementation. In this paper, the author, who has been working on ERP system development and ERP industry execution for years, elaborates the effective and successful way of implementing ERP system in the mechanical manufacturing industry.
