摘 要:介绍了某石化公司离心式丙烯制冷压缩机非驱动端轴承异常振动的故障现象,对压缩机故障解体检修过程关键点进行了重点描述。通过对压缩机内部情况的检查分析,找到了造成压缩机平衡管破损的直接原因就是压缩机的异常振动,而压缩机异常振动是由压缩机多次进气带液造成的,这也是平衡管破损的间接原因,与此同时对该问题提出了解决方案。The phenomenon of abnormal vibration occurred in the bearing at non-driving end of propylene refrigeration centrifugal compressor was introduced in this article. The key points in maintenance process were emphatically depicted. Through the examination and analysis for the inner parts of the compressor, it had been found that the rupture of balancing pipe was directly induced by abnormal vibration of compressor and this abnormal vibration was caused from water drop carried with inlet gas, which, thus, was the indirect cause of the rupture of balancing pipe. The solution scheme for this problem was finally presented.
