摘　　要：E-learning已经成为国内外知名企业员工培训和远程教育的重要方式。文章论述了高校图书馆员终身教育的必要性、有利条件、学习类型和存在的问题,以及E-learning在员工培训中的独特优势,之后对高校图书馆构建E-learning网站的类型、基本教学模块架构和实施措施进行了全面阐述。E - learning has become an import way of training staff and distance education in well - known enterpri- ses. This paper focus on the necessity of life - long education for university librarians, the favorable conditions, learning types and existing problems, and then disscusses the unique advantages of E - learning in training staff, atlast expounds the types of construction of E - learning web, modular architecture of basic teaching, and implemen- tarry measures.
