摘　　要：从加强技术应用、提升服务人员素质、保留优质的服务传统三个方面,浅析图书馆的基础服务工作的建设问题。提出了图书馆服务工作的重要性,以及当今社会发展中图书馆服务工作的不可忽视性。The paper thinks that the development of the library services can not be ignored in modern society. The analysis is made in terms of the importance of libraries, the improvement of the basic services provided by the libraries , the application of information technology and enhance the quality of personnel.
