摘　　要：随着中国利益集团的成长壮大和利益集团政治的发展,利益集团越来越多的介入并影响公共政策过程。利益集团政策学即研究利益集团影响公共政策的动机、行为及其结果。利益集团政策学的研究一般从制度分析、利益分析、主体分析、过程分析和结果分析五个方面展开。利益集团政策学的研究有利于深化对中国公共政策的认识并将利益集团对中国政策的影响纳入合法规范的轨道,防止其绑架中国公共政策,以更好地维护公共利益。With the growing of interest groups and the development of interest group politics in China, interest groups have increasingly intervened and ＇#fleeted the public policy process. Policy Science of Interest Group is to study motivations of interest groups involved in public policy, actions they taking and the results. And it generally consists of institution analysis, interest analysis, subject analysis, process analysis and result analysis. The research can help to deepen the cognition on Chi- na＇s public policy and make the influence that interest groups exerting on policies legal and regula- ted, which can avoid interest groups dominating China＇s public policy so that the public interest is able to be preserved.
