摘　　要：知识产权的价值在于对知识产权资产的动态性利用。知识产权运营是企业利用知识产权创造价值,实现知识产权保值增值的过程。从战略高度重视企业知识产权运营问题,可以实现法律、科技与经济的有效结合,充分发挥知识产权作为企业重要的法定权利、经济资源和战略性资源在企业发展中的重要作用。企业知识产权运营具有不同的实施方式,同时具有很强的法律规制性,需要有效的制度规范。The value of intellectual property is to take advantage of the dynamic nature of the intellectual assets. The operation of intellectual property is a process for the enterprises to use intel- lectual property to create value, to preserve and increase the value of intellectual property rights. To attach strategic importance to the issue of corporate intellectual property operation can achieve effec- tive combination of law, technology and the economy, and give full play to intellectual property as an important statutory right, economic resource and strategic resources in the enterprise development. Corporate intellectual property operation has a different embodiment, and has a strong nature of legal regulation, which needs effective system safeguard.
