摘　　要：对半精纺清梳联设备在使用过程中遇到的问题进行了剖析,叙述了清梳联设备在半精纺纱线质量控制中的重要性。对半精纺清梳联设备的组成及特点分析,针对性地提出了改善清梳联设备在原料混合、喂给、梳理等方面的功能缺陷,以使产品得到很好的抗起毛起球性、较好的条干及条重指标等,进一步缩小半精纺纱线与毛精纺纱线在产品质量方面存在的差距。实践证明,控制好清梳联工序的产品质量是提高半精纺产品质量的关键。In this paper, problems happened in the use of blowing-carding equipment in semi-worsted are analyzed in detailed with the importance of the blowing-carding units in the semi worsted yarn quality control described. Through the components and the characters analyses of the semi worsted blowing-carding equipment, improvement of the blowing-carding equipment in processing raw material mixing, feeding and carding are proposed to make the products have good pilling resistance, better evenness and weight index and to further reduce the quality gap between semi worsted yarn and worsted yarn. Practice has proved that good control of product quality processed in blowing-carding process is the key to win the semi worsted products.
