摘 要:经特殊化学处理的蚊帐织物对蚊虫具有诱杀作用,这类织物在防止疟疾传播的过程中发挥了重要作用。本实验通过对比YorkoolLN长效防蚊蚊帐实验室洗涤残留率来评估自制防蚊蚊帐的耐洗性能。通过高效液相色谱法分别检测经0、1、5、10、15和20次洗涤后蚊帐表面杀虫剂活性成分的含量,计算残留率来表征蚊帐织物的耐洗涤性能。洗涤前后溴氰菊酯平均残留量为92.7%,略高于YorkoolLN的92%,说明自制蚊帐的耐洗涤性能较好。Subjected to special chemical treatment to possess biological insecticidal performance, Long-lasting anti mosquito nets (LN) now play an important role in preventing malaria spread. The goal of this study is to evaluate the durability of one self-developed LN in terms of wash resistance after different cycle of washes and compared to the products of Tianjin Yorkool LN. The total content of active ingredient in the same netting after washed 0, 1, 5, 10, 15 and 20 times is determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) detector and the average retention index is calculated to describe its wash resistance. The average deltamethrin retention before and after each washing cycle is 0. 927, which is higher than that of Yorkool LN (0.92), indicating that wash resistance of the treated self-developed anti mosquito net meeting the WHO requirement.
