摘　　要：研究了空竭服务的M/G/1多重工作休假排队.服务员在休假期并不是完全停止服务而是以不同的服务速率为顾客服务,这样的休假称为工作休假.在休假期和服务忙期的服务时间为一般分布的随机变量.推导出在稳定状态下排队大小分布和概率母函数.We studied an M/G/1 queue with multiple vacations and exhaustive service discipline such that the server works with different service times rather than completely stopping service during a vacation. Such a vacation is called a working vacation （WV）. Both service times in a vacation and in a service period are gener- ally distributed random variables. We derived the distributions for the queue size and generating function in the steady state.
