高科技风投企业家项目考察阶段的非理性决策实证研究——基于人口统计特征分析

摘　　要：基于人口统计特征,采用列联表和多元线性回归的方法分析人口统计特征中有关的年龄、学历、留学经历与家庭结构等要素与高科技风投企业家非理性行为在项目考察阶段决策的相关性结果显示:国外留学经验、创业成功经验与企业家项目考察阶段的非理性决策存在着相关性。Based on the population statistical characteristics,using contingency tables and multiple linear regression method of correlation,the article analysis between the relevant age,education,overseas experience and family structure and high-tech venture entrepreneur irrational behavior investigation stage decision in project,the result shows the correlation exists of study abroad experience,entrepreneurial success experience investigation and irrational decision entrepreneurs project review stage.
